Katie Bug is still looking for a furever home!

Little Katie Bug (aka Buggie, Nubbins, Stinky Nubs) is, incredibly, still with us and still looking for her furever home! She is 17 lbs of ice cube-loving, nub-wagging, toy-chewing, backyard-zooming cuteness 🥰

She is a little shy when meeting new people, but that doesn’t last long. Once she realizes you also love to give her attention, it’s game over. She loves her people and will follow you around the house waiting for pets (or maybe she’s just waiting for you to take your socks off so she can run around with them… to be determined). She loves squeaky toys, and once she’s done playing, you better find a good spot on the couch for her to snuggle up next to you for some warm, sleepy puppy cuddles! She loves to curl up in a nice “triangle” (that folded spot in your legs that some dogs love to snuggle up in) and rest up for her next zoomie session.

She’d do great in a home with or without other dogs, but given her energy level (normal puppy energy that will probably relax as she gets older), I’d recommend a playmate, or at least the opportunity to visit a dog park occasionally (mostly bc she’s soo cute when shes sleepy and snuggly 🥹). She would be fine with children, just needs some continued puppy obedience training to work on her teething nibbles and jumping (she understands “no” and is doing much better!).
