

Opening day of rifle season— SUCCESS!
Gabe has been preparing for hunting season the last few months, putting out corn and salt blocks religiously. We tried going out during archery season with no luck— we saw a few small does but nothing worth taking aim at (we will let them graze and get ready for next year 🙂). This weekend was opening weekend for rifle in Maryland. Creating Storage Space!
2 weekends ago, I was left home alone for the weekend while Gabe went to boys’ camp (exactly what it sounds like— boys camping in the woods). I decided to solo tackle a project I’d been thinking about for quite a while— and I was able to carry out my plan all by myself!
